Editorial policy & corrections
Who is responsible for these pages, how we separate evidence from interpretation, and how to report an error.
Responsibility for this publication
Jupomi is the publishing identity for the puzzles, guides and news notes on this site. The site operator is responsible for the published material and can be reached through the Contact page. A site byline identifies the publication; it does not describe a fictional individual, a professional qualification or a hands-on reviewer.
Software and AI assistance are used in developing the puzzles and preparing explanations. Assistance is not a source of factual authority. A useful guide must make its reasoning inspectable; a news note must point to the announcement supporting its reported facts.
What is original here
Classic puzzle mechanisms belong to a wider history of games. Our contribution is the independent browser implementation, the teaching examples and the explanation of how a decision follows from the rules. We do not claim to have invented sliding tiles, knight movement or number-placement rules.
The worked-example series uses complete tables of states, candidates or moves. Teaching positions are labelled separately from generated games. A reader can check the calculation without trusting a claimed personal playing history. A lesson is not evidence of a new difficulty record or a promise that every random board has the same solution.
Evidence, calculations and their limits
The worked-example calculations are checked against their stated rules. Where a lesson discusses shortest paths or unique deductions, its exact starting assumptions matter: changing the dimensions, permitted moves or clues can change the answer. A locally successful calculation does not certify every browser or assistive technology.
Existing guides retain their addresses. A publication date is shown for a new dated lesson; we do not invent historical dates for older undated guides. A method that helps with one decision is not a guarantee of an optimal result or a measured improvement in anyone’s cognitive ability.
News sources and independent interpretation
News notes link directly to the named official announcement and show its original date separately from the date of our own note. Reported facts summarize that source. The labelled editorial perspective explains why an idea interests us; it is not an additional claim made by the game’s publisher.
These notes are dated snapshots, not a live availability service. Follow the official source for changes to releases, platforms, prices and features. We do not present an announcement summary as a review of a game we have played, and we do not republish the source’s article or artwork.
Reporting and correcting a problem
Use Contact to send the page address, the sentence or move concerned, and the evidence or calculation that shows the problem. For a puzzle fault, include the level, board state when possible, browser and steps to reproduce it. A factual correction, an opinion disagreement and a software defect need different evidence.
When a confirmed error changes a lesson’s conclusion, the correction should explain the changed reasoning on the affected page. A significant factual news correction should identify what changed rather than disguising it as a fresh announcement. We do not claim that an email has been received or promise a response deadline before that has been established.
