THE ESSENTIALS How to play Use every number from 1 to the board width exactly once in each row and column. There are no Sudoku-style boxes. The pointed end of an inequality faces its smaller value. Vertical signs obey the same rule. Fixed clues cannot be changed. Duplicate values and currently violated inequalities are marked, but an unmarked entry is not necessarily correct. Complete every square and satisfy every inequality. Each original starting pattern and its permitted transformations are checked to have exactly one solution. Controls Select an editable square and choose a number from the keypad or type it. Clear, 0, Delete or Backspace removes an editable entry. Use arrow keys between squares, or Tab and Shift+Tab between controls. Undo restores the previous entry. Restart keeps the same clues; New puzzle changes the pattern orientation and may complement its values. Difficulty changes the board size. Good to know Pattern variations use rotations, reflections and optional global number complementation, which reverse inequality directions when needed.
A missing comparison sign means no additional inequality there; row and column uniqueness still applies.
The classic Latin-square and inequality mechanics are independently implemented here, with no third-party game player.
